I do not recommend this builder. We have had nothing but issues since before we moved in. They flooded the house twice, once for the main drain pipe never being hooked up. The yard is full of glass shards and floods everytime it rains. They tried to fix the flooding, we are 2 years into the problem and it is still not satisfactory. FIND ANOTHER BUILDER!!!
Recommended5 stars My husband and I have built a few homes and the experience we had with Marrick was wonderful. Extremely better than the last house we built. My home was well built and everyone has been very helpful through the process. Thumbs up Marrick, we appreciate you!
I would never recommend this builder. The house is sound but the yard is trash, literally (filled with small bits of glass), and the service you receive once you move in is deplorable.
