TMS therapy has helped me deal with some very stressful situations. I could feel improvement from the first treatment even though it often takes longer to feel the effects. Eric was very patient and kind, explaining the process, handling the insurance and getting me set up to start. Since the treatment was at no cost to me, I was excited to try it. This clinic takes most insurances but still asks for your credit card in case insurance denies claim, similar to every other health practice. I have been going here for TMS therapy and I have no complains. Eric (owner, I think) has been nothing but kind. The girls that work for him are hard working, sweet and accommodating, always working around my schedule. TMS may feel uncomfortable for some, so bring something to fidget and a weighted blanket to get your mind off of it.

I have a background in Psychology and have worked with several therapists since my teenage years, but only truly connected with two. My current therapist is one of them. I've been seeing her for almost three years to work through grief and PTSD, and the progress we've made together (as she always emphasizes it's a team effort) has been profound. While I can't speak for every therapist at this clinic, my personal experience has been nothing short of wonderful.

Do not recommend. They insist on taking your credit card even if insurance covers payments in full. If you don’t provide credit card, even though you don’t owe any money, they drop you from counseling. Even worse, they have therapists ask for credit card over and over even after you confirm with insurance that there is $0 copay. They should have a financial office that verifies insurance coverage and then ask for payment if any is due. Avoid.
