I rented property in San Jose with Marquise Property Management for two years. I had a great experience with them in dealing with Move In, Moving Out, and Maintenance services. I dealt with Harry, he was very profession in addressing all my concerns.
Excellent staff
I had a great experience with this group. I dealt with Harry, who managed to be both warm and professional, an often difficult balance. He kept his word, was always straightforward and transparent, and helped me resolve some issues at our place in as timely a manner as possible. He also liaised extremely effectively between my family and the property owner, and was even in touch after my wife and I moved to make sure we landed well. I can't recommend enough.
We had the misfortune of dealing with this property management company and I must say that we were extremely disappointed with their rude and unprofessional behavior. From the moment our lease contract started, we were treated with disdain and disrespect. When we escalated our concerns with our rental house,they were dismissive and uninterested in our concerns. Marquise property management was by far the best property management company I ever dealt with in 15 years of moving around North America. Harry was our property manager and he was extremely responsive, helpful, reliable, and trustworthy. Whether it was coordinating fixing random small issues, dealing with returning our security deposit, or coordinating with the local HOA, he was always on top of it and a pleasure to work with. We will miss having him as our property manager.
