The apartment is very well-maintained and functional. Office staff are always cheerful and ready to help. Service requests are addressed promptly and he is polite and professional. They all work very hard to make residents happy. Just for the experience, walk in the club room and talk to them. you won't regret.

The apartments and the complex are kept very clean and neat. They are great about following city and fire department requirements...checking sprinkler systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishers regularly. The maintenance Dept replies quickly. Pest control is regularly done and very few pests are seen. We are very happy living at Marquis on Lakeline. The location is great, too!
