RecommendedI’ve had a wonderful time living at this complex! I love the layout of the buildings, the layout options for the apartments, and the amenities are wonderful! I enjoy the tanning bed, 24-7 gym, pool, and park located behind the complex frequently. The dog park is AMAZING, despite me not having any dogs currently living with me, lol! The staff has always been cordial and throw community events occasionally which really brings everyone together!
Counting down the days till I move out. Sure, there are worse places to live, but this place is not worth the money I spend. You pay for the location, not the apartment. Staff if friendly enough, but not very helpful. Don’t worry though, they may not help with much, but you’ll get a prompt call if you’re even three days past rent due date. These fees are outlined in the rental agreement you signed, and although rent is due on the 1st of each month, we give our residents a 3-day grace period and do not charge any late fees until the 4th day. We love living here and everyone is so friendly. We moved from a smaller apartment to a larger one not to long ago and they went above and beyond to help us make the transition so easy. The office staff of Sarah, Lisa and Gwen are so helpful and friendly. (Janele was super helpful but she has since moved on to bigger and better things! She is missed dearly.) As a long-time renter in and around Austin, I feel the Marquis meets high standards in many ways; staff is readily available when needed, maintenance requests are addressed quickly, grounds are well maintained and dog-friendly, nice clubhouse amenities, many comfortable outdoor spaces to enjoy, competitive prices, and friendly neighbors.
The management and maintenance staffs are very competent, friendly and ready to assist. Any question or request we posed has received prompt and courteous replies. They have always gone the extra mile..
