Office personnel have poor service. Rude and uncaring about the safety and security of their tenants. Also, watch your vehicles - cause this place has a serious problem with chronic break-ins, and you get no help when they happen.
The people who work Avana at the Rim won't lift a finger to help when there have been 6 break ins in the past few years. Supposedly they have camaras but won't bother to look at them. It's most likely their own maintenance crew. Don't move there ever!
5 vehicle and one garage burglary I can 100% say that I do not feel safe here at this establishment. The staff has offered no help, going on to say that " it wasn't there problem". I hope that no one ever has to deal with this but I would say the best way to avoid it would be to never move in! Pass the word along
DO NOT visit or live here. The theft in this complex is incredibly unsettling and the staff refuses to do anything about it. They have cameras set up but will not view them in an attempt to help the tenants recover stolen property or prosecute criminals. UNSAFE ESTABLISHMENT
it is a good apartment . and it is nearby Rim, it is great.
