I usually don’t post reviews but I definitely felt this property deserved some love. I went on a tour this week and I loved it. The property it self was well kept. The apartments feel luxurious. And not to mention the staff was friendly.
My sister and I lived at the Marquis at Silverton for about 3 years and absolutely loved it!! The staff was always very helpful, the maintenance crew was efficient, and we met some great neighbors along the way. By far the BEST apartments around!!!!
We are staying here from last 3.5 years amazing staff and amazing community. We absolutely love everything about this community. Near by to school, airport and shopping complexes. All the services that are requested are closed as early as possible. Gated community and safe for kids. Events are organised very often like Bingo night, Game night, Halloween and Easter Egg hunt for Kids, main star attraction is our annual Pool Party (absolutely amazing).

Moved in for a bit more than 3 months, loved it here. Super super nice stuff, always there for you. And the maintenance team is excellent, very quick response. There are a lot of community events as well, like yoga and bingo night.
It’s a very good community. I am staying here for an year. And there never been any issue with stuff . Stuff are very good. Once there was no water in my kitchen and they sent person on Sunday. Safe for kids . Friendly, they are gone send you email after receiving the mail from amazin or any one. During the hurricane there response was so good, they call individual house to make sure that we are all prepared.
I have lived here for 8 years. I love it!
