RecommendedI lived at Marquis at Lantana from March 2018 through 2020 and had a wonderful experience. The apartments are clean, quiet and pest free. The apartment layout is fantastic, modern, and updated. The staff is wonderful, they are so positive and helpful- including the maintenance team. I would highly recommend living at this apartment complex, and living in Flower Mound.
I absolutely love my apartment, the community within the gates, the amenities and the staff. Beautiful homes and wonderful upgrades throughout.
We are so excited to be part of the community. We’ve been working with Audrey for MONTHS and asked her millions of silly questions. She’s been AMAZING with us. She’s followed up, answered all questions, provided great info and more. Audrey is AWESOME and so kind. We are so excited and happy everything worked out perfectly. Amazing service and beautiful property! June can’t come soon enough!
Well let's see. Its 108 outside put order in yesterday about ac and tonight it's still over 80 degrees in my apartment. Came at 10 this morning and was told at 5 this evening to give it one more day and if it's not working then we see about replacing it. NO I should not be doing without air and neither should my animals. My son has Asthma and husband has copd!!!! So now I rather suffer in heat or pay money to rent a room with air.. A great place to live in Flower Mound. The staff works hard to make life better, and they are making a lot of improvements to the property. Close to everything, but still feel safe and secure.
One of the best apartments I've ever lived in. Big rooms with plenty of space! Very polite and kind office staff! 10/10 recommend
