This place, their staff, and their residents are awesome. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, and even quicker to address any concerns I ever voiced. Their friendly, yet professional, demeanor sets the tone for the entire community living there. Could not recommend them more. I was sorry I had to move on.
The community is great. We live by the 2nd pool, and it is quiet. The landscaping is always kept up. The trash areas are kept as clean as possible. The technicians respond pretty quickly to any maintenance issues. The office staff is always friendly, responsive and amazing with their tenants, or at least that has been my personal experience.
These guys are trying to scam people. I went to look at some units, the receptionist was new and was very confusing, she kept calling the units by different names and I couldn't get clear answers. So we toured the units and then I went online to look at particular prices. The unit I was interested in was advertised on their blog site saying upgraded and had a good price listed. I paid for 2 applications fees and submitted all documents just to be told later that the actual price was $300 more than the "guaranteed" quote I re... read more

I decided to leave a review pretty far after I left so that I could ensure I got my security deposit back. I want to start this off positive because when we first moved in 2023 it was really not that bad, very quiet neighborhood, beautiful scenery, great front staff and the maintenance we’re doing the best they could with such low staffing.
