Beautiful property and great staff! Anytime anything is needed, they are very attentive. Would definitely recommend this place.
I just signed my 3 year in this apartment complex. Packages get stolen cars get broken into I wish I moved away from here. I had my medicine stolen that’s over 8000 dollars and they took it from the Amazon locker area had my dog treats also taken the apartment has cameras but refuse to look into harder to see whom is stealing plus or even send emails out to residents saying stealing is not acceptable.
Do not move to iron rock ranch I lived there for a year, if you are willing to deal living with bugs, ceiling almost falling down in your head, water leaking, problems with AC MULTIPLE TIMES. I was so happy when my lease expired. I had one of the worst renting experiences here. When I moved out, they tried to charge me over $1,800 with a list full of unfair and ridiculous fees including replacing a patio door that was already broken when I moved in, resurfacing the tub after their own workers damaged it while fixing a tap, a... read more
The office staff is amazingly nice and caring! The maintenance staff waste no time to address work orders and they do it with the kindest attitude! I'm sad to go but I know this property is going to continue to provide great product and service especially under this new management!
