Real good services and easy move in
I’ve been at Iron Rock Ranch for about six months now, and honestly, it’s a breath of fresh air. First off, whoever built this place actually used real walls. Unlike a lot of the newer, paper-thin complexes where you essentially share a life with your neighbors, the construction here is solid. I was incorrectly charged for 2 days of water usage past my lease ending. When I pointed it out, they acknowledged the mistake and said they would fix it but then didn’t actually apply the correction when issuing my deposit refund. I’ve followed up several times and responses have been slow and nonexistent. Their explanation has changed depending on who replies. It’s a small amount, but that’s what makes it frustrating. I applied for this complex back on april 13th and paid the 225(75 for application fee and 150 for admin) without knowing there was a mix up with the information in my profile and someone else in their system. Almost a month later i’m still waiting for approval from management. they haven’t reached out to me for any updates unless i ask and thats still a day later after asking. no longer interested in living in this complex they wasted my time and my money.
