RecommendedPerfect location! Not directly in middle of downtown Austin but still close by enought to drive into town without it being a hassle, right off of 2 main high ways makes it easy to go any direction in North Austin and close to many shopping areas such as the domain and the arboretum.

They really care about their residents and always timely on maintenance.
Marquis at Great Hills is a good place to live. The staff, Claire, Kristi, Nathan are friendly and helpful. The location is nearby restaurant, grocery stores.
I was a little hesitant about moving to a new community but that changed after meeting the staff at The Marquis. I have had nothing but friendly interactions with the staff at The Marquis - Kristi was amazing helping me decide on a floor plan and answering any questions or concerns I had with my move. My interactions with Nathan and Claire have also been wonderful and so helpful while I have settled into my new home.
