This is a great place! The property is well-maintained, and whenever I submit a service request, it's addressed the same day. I really appreciate the hard work of the maintenance team.
If I could rate this zero stars, I would. The end of my tenure here has been a nightmare. But it was also a nightmare to begin with. When I arrived to get my keys, I was inspecting the unit and found there was MOLD under the sink. They delayed my move in date for three days, leaving me almost no where to go in a new state where I started my life once again. At the end of my tenure here. I left the place spotless. Update: Leaf blowers are now coming later so now it’s five stars. Overall I am happy living here, but every weekday morning at 8am they have a guy with a leaf blower right outside your window. If you ever want to sleep past 8am on a weekday, forget about it. Not gonna happen. And I can’t wear earplugs because they inflame my ears. They said there is nothing they can do about it. If they just fixed this then I will change to a five star review because other than that it’s a nice place to live.

I lived here for an year and would've continued to if only I hadn't gotten a better offer elsewhere (rent wise). I'll split the review into 4 parts: 1) Apartment: I leased a unit based on the virtual tour only when I moved to Austin. I turned out to be incredibly lucky, because both the unit, and the community were amazing! I didn't have any major issues with my unit during my stay.
