Management has been good to work with on various issues; responsive, good communication with tenants. Only issue is lots of fees besides base rent
I've truly loved living here. Front office staff seems to change a lot but the maintenance guys are quick and really nice. Complex is kept clean too. My biggest annoyance is the basketball court has been closed for the last 6 months, no idea when we'll get it back. Was closed for a period last year too. So don't count on it
I absolutely love working with Lindsey! She is thorough and personable. The complex itself is gorgeous and well maintained with an inviting view of the pool and waterfall as soon as you walk into the leasing office. Highly recommend stopping by for a tour!
I recently moved into the complex from across the state. I was driving towards Marquis on a Saturday (to move in on Sunday) and decided to use google maps to find my way there, online it posted the hours for Sunday as open 1200-5pm. Upon confirming my arrival with Lindsey on Saturday afternoon, I was surprised to find out that the office is closed on Sundays. The office was really communicative and punctual. Any issue I had was resolved fast and everyone was so nice and accommodating!
