So far so good. Little over a 3 months* in and the staff is very responsive and helpful. The premises feels more like a home than an apartment if I'm to be honest but of course milage may vary. Grounds are very well kept, communication seems great as far as any security issues. I've not experienced any kids partying so hard the entire neighborhood gets disturbed.
