My first year living here was a terrible experience. I initially moved into Phase 1, where the floors were paper-thin and I could hear every sound from the upstairs neighbors. After six months, I transferred to Phase 2, only to deal with a severe cockroach infestation. While management sent exterminators to spray, they failed to seal the open gap under the dishwasher where the pests were coming from. Do not waste your money here

4.5 rounded to 5 Pros: A+ maintenance team, well-kept apartment buildings and landscaping, good location, rarely encounter any major issues Improvements could be made to the amenities (gym is outdated) and package room

Cheap Construction. You hear everything from above neighbors. They look nice inside but there is absolutely no sound proofing or insulation between the floors. The construction is simply two by fours and drywall, so you hear everything from flushing toilets to people walking & talking at night. If you value your sanity and need to rent move to a high rise apartment downtown because they are solid cement construction or rent a house!!! Terrible management team too.

Lived at caprock canyon for half a year and now at Barton trails. Both are great with reliable maintenance and have not had a problem. Would not recommend first floor due to bugs and people above you.

Great apartment so far, office is super friendly and responsive and the complex itself is nice
