Dr is very nice,staff is also very caring&supportive.
Office manager Patty very rude, making decisions for Dr Marquez refusing to treat and meet veterans needs by using VA vouchers. They are charging the veteran extra even when using vouchers. Under Texas law and Federal law one can voice record without other party's permission.
