Poor communication and never showed up to do the work
He failed to finish the job leaving parts of my truck laying around, leaving grease stains all over my driveway, and causing more damage to my truck than before costing me over $1000 in additional repairs. He has poor customer service, was disrespectful ( threatening a customer ), and when confronted about the mistakes he doesn't own up to them nor try to resolve the damages he caused forcing me to pursue legal actions through court.
