Super friendly and super attentive staff, I rest easy knowing my folks are well taken care of. From the security gate to the hard working staff nothing but respectful people. The facilities are well maintained and the grounds look immaculate. It's hard to find any shortcomings, maybe a little salt in the mashed potatoes? 5 stars
I'll give it a 5 now that the construction is almost finished.
My mother has been at Marquette for three years now and loves it. We have, however, seen a large decline in the quality of the food and service in their 'formal' dining room. The other option, the Fireside Grille, is now the dining spot of choice but that makes it difficult for a single person to get through their monthly food allowance. Hope the Legacy Room can solve the problems they have. Our last meal there took forever and was inedible.
