ok look been here for 1 year and half and every employee at there leasing office even maintenance is leaving now they have a new rude people we waited for such a long time to get fixed our leaking toilet and finally they replaced the tank after 3days its leaking again i called them for emergency repair and they told me to wait like what u mean we paid $2000 every month and a freaking toilet cant be fixed emidately.. 😡🤬
Leasing agents never answer their phone nor do they respond to emails....never around when you need them. ... barely anyone moving in most are moving out....don't move here. gates always broken, homeless constantly in complex...not safe anymore...
Here we are mid pandemic and they have tow trucks roaming the parking lots. Have witnessed 3 vehicles towed myself. I get that there's rules but now is not the time for having predatory towing. Having a sticker in your window is fine and all however the office is closed. Maybe someone just had their car totaled in an accident and they are using a rental. Here something to consider. Supposedly there are known gang members living there now. They have been seen dealing drugs out of the pool area in the back of the property, and have caused conflict with other tenants live in there. The office has been notified several times by everyone surrounding the back pool area of these issues but yet do nothing about it. The cops have been call several times and also do nothing. The Quality of people that are allowing in have gone downhill drastically.

This place is horrible, the staff is rude and unprofessional. When I moved out I was told everything was good, a month later I get a bill from a collection agency seeking $1,500 for unpaid charges. No bill was sent to me to pay from this establishment, the agency stated it was for a cleaning deposit and damages to the apartment. I left the apartment spotless!!!! They are complete liars and only looking to obtain additional money from you !!!! BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!
Robbed me of my deposit and won’t return my calls. Deducted $740 in damages that I’m unaware of, after signing the pre move out inspections. And now the rest of my deposit is missing.
