Spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and perfect location for walking to all the old Key West attractions, restaurants etc.
I'll start by saying that we really wanted to enjoy our stay at this place. The location is ideal, as we realized we're in the Keys. Hotels here are expensive and often not in the best condition, so I had realistic expectations. That said, here is our experience: the reception was friendly and check-in was smooth. We requested and paid for a suite in the main building by the pool. Upon arrival, we received a strange upper suite that required going up a narrow staircase to the right, which was quite dangerous after a long day... read more
