Such a comfortable, quiet, civilized place. Close to everything, but far enough away from the noisy bars of Duval Street. Beautiful, comfortable accommodations. Multiple pools and plenty of places to lounge. Very friendly, helpful staff. Delicious, tempting breakfast offerings.

We learned about this hotel through our credit card travel service. The location is excellent only a block from the main street. There is a grocery store about a block away and a CVS two blocks away. The hotel's restaurant is fabulous. We had three great breakfasts and a wonderful meal there. The service is phenomenal. Neesa (sp), our server, made us very much at home. This was our first trip to Key West, and we finally decided on the Marquesa Hotel. Even though the reviews were glowing, we were pleasantly surprised when we were shown to our room. The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the large shower had great water pressure. The hotel is a block from Duval Street (the main street in old Key West) and fairly centrally located. The first night, we ate the Marquesa Cafe and we were not disappointed.
