The owner/ manager is just the worst
Live somewhere else if you can afford it. Rude management, owners that do not care about the tenants or the apartments condition. Just look around.
If you are looking for a decent place,THIS IS NOT IT.. THE WORST GETTO,DIRTY PLACE.. ITS HARD TO KNOW WHO IS THE BAD GUY, WHEN FIXING ANYTHING..THE MAINTENANCE DO TERRIBLE JOBS AND RUIN PAINT AND LEAVE A MESS,, THE MANAGER HAS ATTITUDE PROBLEM AND TRICKY PERSON. AND THE OWNERS DON'T CARE FOR THEIR RENTERS.. MANY PEOPLE THERE LIVE UNSATISFY, AND LIVING CONDITIONS ARE QUESTIONABLE.. ITS TRUELY A MESS IN THERE.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY FAMILY TO RENT.
