Extremely nice newconstruction homes . very well organized , also flips a lot of high-end rental property. nice people.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! I have never experienced such poor, apathetic, rude, and UNPROFESSIONAL service in my lifetime. The communication is close to nothing, when I had issues with plumbing and simple issues (a shower door catch broke); I most of the time received absurdly late (months late) responses back and some issues weren't even fixed or addressed. They have extremely vague and inconvenient office hours which also makes it more of a task to get a hold of a representative who almost NEVER returned ... read more
