This apartment complex and its management is really a headache! I was planning on moving in with my brother so we decided to just have him transfer in the same community bigger apartment! We submitted everything that was needed only for them to turn around and be like they didn’t accept bank statements as proof of income, yet these are the same bank statements that show weekly deposits from one of the parties applying! WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! If you want fire hazards addressed and your deposit back on time when you move out DON'T move into Camino Verde or any property they manage! Took 30 days to send the deposit check back after move out inspection and they kept saying it was sent out 2 weeks ago... well would you look at that it was post marked 2 days ago.. not 2 weeks ago.
