I had such a positive experience at urgent care today. I came in with a very painful, swollen ankle. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, efficient, and professional. I especially want to recognize the nurse who took my vitals and administered my shots. She had the most amazing bedside manner and immediately put me at ease. Great urgent care and fantastic staff!
My visit was terrible the PA was rushing acting as if she didn't wabt to see me or examine me. I will do my absolute best not to have to come back to this place. She ahoukd not be in patient care at all.
