Love this urgent care always professional , and caring and provide some of the best medical care in California, I would recommend Santa Margarita location . Always a great experience and they get to the point of your illness.
They do NOT TRIAGE - yep, THEY TAKE RESERVATIONS, If you truly need URGENT care - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.

I may be partial, but this is the best place for walk-in care. The providers and staff are exceptional and really care.
Went to the Mission Viejo location...Emily was very kind and attentive. Took us in as a walk in and service was great.
We were in Buena Park from Tennessee and my daughter got sick, and they were professional and quick! Wonderful place! Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and nice BUT the dr seemed very unsure of himself at the Aliso location and misdiagnosed my son. He also gave us a prescription that we couldnt even fill because of my sons age. We ended up at Mission ER till 3am.
Rarely have I been privy to the level of incompetence and poor customer service like I have been with Marque Urgent Care. They misdiagnosed my daughters ear infection and under dosed her with medicine that led us to have two other visits to doctors to rectify the problem. I have yet to receive a refund promised to me by the medical director, David Porzio, for the additional visits we had to take my daughter too. Do yourself and anyone you care about a favor and stay away from these quacks. Truly awful.
