Parking, especially late at night, is always a hike & always a work-out!
Quiet complex. Great pool area. Parking can be annoying if arriving late. Otherwise, I recommend this complex.
Terrible place to live. They are always turning the water off. Can't go 3 months without the water being turned off.

Dealing with the people at the leasing office is horrible. The customer service for renters is embarrassingly terrible.
Only thing difficult about this building is it's a hassle to get in the parking deck since it's a one-way on 3rd!
Greg, the weekend evening security guy is very cool, friendly & helpful! He even helped me push my car into a parking place when the battery died out! But, the apt complex has had a rash of thefts!
