Exterior renovations have been going on since June with an expected completion time of one month. Three full months later and still no end in sight.
This is supposed to be a no smoking facility, but if you look in the building 2 courtyard you will see that no one cares.
The walls are very thin. In every direction. Keep that in mind!
If you live on the higher floors please don't throw stogies over the balcony.
Only thing difficult about this building is it's a hassle to get in the parking deck since it's a one-way on 3rd!

Don't stomp around with no regard for your neighbors. Especially on the 5th floor.
This building has the business center and tv lounge, and you are able to park directly in front of the building off juniper st!
Pull in guest lot from third street. Otherwise it's kind of hard to find a spot.
