RecommendedBetter than anticipated. Very responsive staff and perfect location.
The only positive experience has been with the maintenance team, who is always willing to help and make the community a better place. With that said, Burnet has the potential to be a great complex with nice amenities, and friendly neighbors.
The location is perfect, and the amenities are top of the line. More importantly, however, the staff is the best! Everyone at the leasing office is always knowledgeable and courteous. The maintenance staff has been quick and effective at handling every service request I've submitted during my lease. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

Horrible management. Don’t care about residents.
I absolutely love my apartment here! The staff is so great, even after you’ve signed your lease (not like some other places I’ve lived). They do fun events for residents like Wine Down Wednesday and free breakfast tacos. The gym is bigger and better than any other apartment I’ve lived in, the pool is beautiful, and there’s a cool theater room. Overall, the amenities, staff, and service are wonderful and I really couldn’t be happier! Thanks Matt, Mila, and Melissa! I love it here!
Nice building and it was nice when it was owned by previous management. CWS ruined it.
