We’ve been living here a little over a year, and just recently transferred units. Tayler H. in the leasing office made the transfer so easy and stress free. We love her and the rest of the team!! It’s a nice place to call home, the amenities and community are all great!
Lived here for 3 years, saw my rent go up about ~$200 in that time. Overall, I enjoyed living here and would recommend it. Here are some of my pros and cons of this place. Pros: - 24 hour concierge - I never once heard my neighbors above me. Possibly due to the concrete flooring, possibly due to my upstairs neighbor being courteous - Right next to the red/purple line. This was great for me to get downtown without having to pay for parking. - Bocca, Mashcraft Brewing, and the Goose are all walking distance from here. Basketba... read more
I have lived at The Marott for 5 years and there's many things I like about living here. The location, amenities, maintenancce staff, and leasing staff in the office are the top things that have positively contributed to my experience living here at The Marott. The lease agent, Tayler, is very kind and helpful when assisting with requests.
