The new management is unreasonable and pretty bad. I was charged for 6 months of electricity AFTER I had moved out of the apartment and my lease was over. Samantha Kerr communicated horrible and in a passive aggressive way throughout. The electricity company had an issue with cutting off power on my name and the apartment company made me pay for the months I did not even live there.
