So good for things like sprains and injuries that would take too long to sort with a regular GP, but also aren’t life threatening enough to warrant a trip to emergency. I got seen quickly and the team are so lovely.
Care was excellent Wait time was minimal Communication was faultless Cleanliness was average and a bit disappointing as the service itself, for me, was really really good As a medical treatment facility, cleaning could and should be better…full bins, grubby floors and glass
My situation had a high {fast} infection risk (cat scratched my eyeball the previous evening) tho I was not too fussed, they squeezed me in because of their knowledge of the true risk. It may not have suited my personal timeline, but their communication of the issue enabled me to understand, and I’m grateful that they took the situation seriously and acted accordingly; especially given my naïveté
Arrived around 12, the clinic was empty. advised Dr was on his break for an hour. My partner asked if she could call an ambulance as she was struggling to breathe, nurse declined stating she couldn’t because the Doctor was out to lunch. Nurse proceeded to take all obs and had to be asked a number of times what the results were and didn’t reply Dr arrived approximately 1.5 hours later but prior to that was assessed by a nurse Admin staff appeared confused and kept repeating same questions even though this was already complete... read more
