Excellent service for urgent problem, when we couldn't get in with GP.
Very helpful staff. Wait times vary depending on how many people waiting. Its a great place to go rather than emergency department. Be patient, only one receptionist, one triage nurse and one doctor. They are all caring and try to give the best care.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Maroondah Medicare Urgent Care Clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The lovely lady at reception was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient, warm and understanding. I'm absolutely appalled and concerned for our multicultural community after treatment of a lady I told to go there yesterday with her child and who was turned away. Only to result in the child going to the emergency department elsewhere today and being admitted. Urgent care is supposed to prevent ED from getting overwhelmed yet when they don't take people seriously and patronise them how is this possible!!!???
