I've been living here for over two years and I have had a great experience. The building was built in the 30s and has an Art Deco vibe, which gives it character. My unit faces the National Cathedral so I have gorgeous views from every room. The hallways and common areas are always clean and well maintained. I don't have any issues with bugs or rodents. And the neighborhood is very quiet and parklike. There is always abundant free street parking in the area as well.
Building is old, dilapidated. Systems are dated...computers aren't used for anything and residents are smug and r4cis+.
