I like Dr Ross. He takes his time with patients and doesn’t “leave any stone unturned”. If you have an issue, he will find it! He says it like it is, which I like! His front desk receptionists are so nice!
Dr Ross is the best doctor I have seen in decades. He takes the time to really evaluate and listen to my concerns. He has me on a protocol that has helped me tremendously. The lovely ladies up front are so nice. I would recommend Dr Ross to a person having issues with their asthma or any pulmonary issues.
Dr. Ross is a great doctor and a great diagnostician. I have been a patient of his for over 5 years and have nothing negative to say about him or his office staff
If I could give a "NO" star I would. Dr. Marlowe Ross is the worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Arrogant, dismissive, condescending, rude and I was told by a hospital technician, he's not liked by Hoag Hospital staff and patients...at all!!! I am seriously considering filing a complaint: How he handled my case, he's that bad! This is a doctor that may have been good at one time, but is now completely and entirely burned out. He needs to retire!
