I should have been given the option to get a nerve block because no medication that he or his staff have tried has helped me or been effective. I have bad reactions to medicines. I have been in so much pain and discomfort for over a year now with no end in sight and finally I am going to be getting a nerve block by another doctor.
Dr. Stiles does not answer messages or phone calls which is very concerning. No matter how busy he is he could have his Resident or someone else on his staff to respond back to you. There should be no excuses whatsoever.
Dr Stiles took his time to listen to my case history and explained my treatment plan thoroughly.
You couldn't ask for a better doctor!
Dr. Stiles is personable and easy going. His staff were attentive and kind. This all made for a pleasant visit which otherwise could have been nerve wrecking.

I know this is a well-overdue review. I started seeing Dr. Stiles back in August 2012 maybe 2013, after Dr. Rosenwasser was made head of the Aneurysm department. (I liked him too.) I found him to be very professional and quite personable. After my initial visit, he called me 2 days later to see how I was feeling. Nice! I have burning mouth syndrome & it is very painful. It took me years to find Dr. Stiles who has helped me greatly. However in the past year I have had phone visits scheduled to check in with him. Today was one of my phone appointment days and just as most appointment days he NEVER CALLED ME. I talk to his Bryn Mawr staff each time he stands me up which is EVERY TIME WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Worst doctor ever. Was under his care. Had extreme pain for 4 days messages and called his office 8 times. Never heard back. Had to go to ERand was admitted. Ever doctor said they never heard of something so absurd. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to him.
