I have been amazed at the amount of weight loss I have experienced. I have lost 82 pounds since starting the 1st week in November 2016.
I did this and it works if you are disciplined, but it is just low carb, low fat and little food. The pills help with the little food. I lost 40 lbs in 3 months. BTW it is hard for me to take advice from a dietitian that is CLEARLY anorexic. She is NOT just naturally skinny. She is obsessed. She does not look good. If you care for her help her get some help.
My son who is 16 has been in the program around 16 or 17 weeks now. He has lost 67 lbs and over 31 inches total. The program works. And it has taught him to eat healthy and he drinks nothing but water now.
