I have received excellent care and advise from the staff ( Theresa is my nutritionist). This diet is unlike most others. It is not only designed to make you lose weight, it also changes your bad eating habits so your body receives all the nutrition it needs. I went from eating pasta, bread and sugar to healthy vegetables and fruit among many other things. I have never felt better!

I'm real glad I came here to lose the weight. They were very supportive and were able to get me to understand what I was doing to my body and how to correct it. The staff are genuinely concerned about how you feel and what you do. They provide plenty of recipes to replace grandma's and mama's classic meals.
