Overpriced, mean staff, never help.
Always have overpriced, broken components. Will Never help resolve any problems
They are so lucky that the parts that people need are here. The customer service sucks and they seem to not be friendly and welcoming. Very rude and bad vibes when people come in and that’s very disappointed.
Ordered a part for a car they quoted me a price. Approx 3 weeks ago. I agreed they then called me the day I was expecting delivery and told me they needed more money for freight when they never mentioned it when I bought the part. Still haven't receive the part. They blamed it on their new system yet it's happened twice in a row... don't sell something if you cant promise a delivery date and price. I will think twice before calling BNR/ marlers from now on.
This should be an open yard, people like to pull parts themselves. Just some feedback: be more like intermountain auto, have a pull it yourself yard, and then have a yard that only you can pull from, I've come in numerous times looking for very particular parts for a vehicle they have DOZENS of, and they wanted to charge crazy prices, for example, a starter with 130k on it for $75! That's crazy when I can walk next door and pay $30 for one with less miles. (Although I do have to pull it myself, but still not worth $45 extra)... read more
