They didn’t let me actually see my apartment until after I already signed the contract. I didn’t see it until the day I moved in. The apartment they showed me for the tour was a renovated model, and they told me my apartment was being renovated which was why I couldn’t see it. Only to open the door on my move in day to find out ive been lied to and it was in fact the original, unrevenated, 1970’s model. Recommended4.5/5 My experience was very positive. I lived here for four years while saving up to buy a house. Management was flexible and fair and the office ladies were extremely polite and responsive. The pool, grounds, and laundry facilities were kept clean. The only complaints I have are that the private laundry areas needed to be cleaned more often and the lighting was bad in some indoor hallways.
Fire Joe, this apartment manager is a joke.
Property manager is very unprofessional, takes too long to respond to calls/emails and is rarely in the office. Our downstairs neighbor was extremely rude and picky about everything and called the police multiple times for unfounded noise complaints. Which made it hard to enjoy living there when something as simple as a plate dropping or our dog walking cause her to bang on her ceiling or yell up at us to shut up at all hours of the night. FIRST CALL MADE LADY WAS VERY PLEASANT ON PHONE
From the first call I made to this complex the customer service as been amazing! When I did the application they were very informative and understanding! Although I was not approved for Marlborough Trails (�) the customer service didn't stop there I got my deposit back immediately and was pointed in the direction of another great location! Thank you so much christy and joe for making me feel like you truly care! I will Always recommend you guys in the future!
