I have enjoyed living in Marlan Towers for three years! The location is good for using Owen Sound Transit and walks in the neighbourhood. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with ample space for family activities like picnics and lawn croquet. Has a lovely gazebo with barbecue and flowers. Roomy parking spaces. Building is clean and well maintained and managed by onsite staff So far my tenancy has been very good
My experience living in Marlan Towers is been nothing but great. The building is exceptionally clean and well-maintained and the common areas are always kept in excellent condition. The managers are professional, responsive and quick to address any issue or maintenance request. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, safe and professionally managed place to call home.
I moved here 2 years ago and I'm enjoying it immensely. I've met many nice people here and the cleanliness of the building is superb. Management is pleasant and whenever I have a problem it is corrected right away. The grounds are kept groomed in the summer and kept clear in the winter.
In contravention of the landlord tenant act, the building manager claims they will not rent to people with pets (1 cat). When asked if she knew she was violating the landlord-tenant act, the building manager stated she was aware. I advise against doing business with people who knowingly break the law on purpose; it is hard to imagine they'll uphold their other legal obligations.
