Professionalism has gone out the window these days. Our community put together a cleaning schedule for 15+ homes throughout a span of several days. On my scheduled day we were informed by the organizing homeowner that Mark had an emergency and needed to reschedule. I reached out directly to Mark and reschedule my cleaning. Honestly very professional and very quick hard working young man on time on the dot
Mark and his crew were responsive, communicative, on time, worked efficiently and just did a great job. They were careful with their equipment and with our windows and screens. There was no damage from their work; they understand how to treat older houses. They even cleaned areas around the windows that wasn't part of the project quote. We will have Mark's Window Cleaning Service do our windows and rain gutters annually from now on.
