Mark's is ok, but nothing to write home about. Three stars because it tries to imitate Ruth's Chris and doesn't do it very well. The concept, menu, and even the logo are rip-offs of Ruth's. The couple times I've gone the service has been just decent but not great. I've gotten the filet and the ribeye and various sides and was never that impressed considering the price tag.
We went to Mark's Prime Steakhouse to celebrate my birthday. There were several large Christmas parties going on and it was very busy there. Even with how busy it was the staff was friendly and our waiter was very good. We ordered steak for a main course which was very good and the portobello mushroom appetizer was amazing.
We were there last night to celebrate my birthday. We had a couple of appetizers and drinks during Happy Hour! The bar staff was excellent. We then went to our table for dinner. We all agreed it was the best steaks we've ever had. The service was outstanding and the food was even better. The waiter brought out a chocolate desert with a candle! I had a great time celebrating my birthday at Mark’s.
