RecommendedI have had my jewelry repaired there. She did a totally different types of band for 2 rings I had. My hands had swollen and she had to cut a band off. She was able to put on new bands that will open up for people whose hands swell. Many people with arthritis could use something like this. I have been very pleased with my rings. I wear them every day. Kate does beautiful work. Of course her jewelry is absolutely stunning.

Very disappointed with my experience. I brought my wedding and engagement ring in for repairs and the rings were not sized appropriately despite the size being discussed when they were taken in, which I was still charged full price for. In addition, I brought in a ring for an appraisal and was told it would be done within two weeks. I contacted them on the date everything was supposed to be done and was told it would be completed two days later and never heard back.
