What can you say about a store that can get you a very specific piece of jewelry with only 2 days notice, during quarantine, as a birthday surprise? You would say that their customer service is excellent!! I am so impressed with Marks of Design. Their staff are friendly, professional and truly go out of their way to help. Kate and her staff are so helpful and friendly. I left my grandmothers ring (at least 80 years old) with Kate to be appraised. I was nervous about leaving the ring, but Kate assured me that she would take good care my jewelry. I highly recommend visiting Marks of Design! Kate Marks and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Beautiful jewelry in the store and new pieces are often selected and on display. Or you can order! I ordered a pair of earrings and they arrived in a couple of days. Kate is a master at fixing jewelry and designing new pieces for her customers. I am very happy with the work she has done on my engagement ring!
On the recommendation of a friend who buys a lot of jewelry, I had my rings resized here but wasn’t planning on buying anything. I had been looking online for a pendant for my son’s wedding and really not finding exactly what I wanted. Marks of Design has such a wide range of styles and prices, I found exactly what I was looking for whiIe I was walking out. I could have saved myself a lot of time if I went there first!
