Switched over from another Hanover dentist several years ago when they stopped taking our insurance. They have been wonderful and my husband brings them goodies so they like seeing him come in!!
My family just became patients here in the past year, and we've found them to have a very friendly and professional staff. And I really appreciate that they review the cost of needed procedures and estimate what your insurance will cover so you can be fully informed before you book anything. Everything about this practice is leaps and bounds over what I was used to.
We love Marks Family Dentistry. They were recommended to us by our chiropractor to work on my TMJ issues. My husband loves the early morning appointments offered, the hospitality of the entire staff, and the TVs above the chair definitely help you relax.
I moved to Virginia 10 years ago. I absolutely found my forever dentist office. I can not say enough good about this family office. I'm usually seen by Dr. Aaron Marks my daughter sees Dr.Brandon Marks. From the office staff to the ladies in the back you will not receive better care. I always refer this office to family and friends. Love love love the care I receive here.

I moved out of Richmond over 11 years ago, but I still travel 2 1/2 hrs each way for my dental appointments because Dr. Norman Marks is just that good! It's evident to me that I am not just a dollar sign to him....he genuinely cares about his patients. Case in point, I recently had a minor invasive dental procedure in Dr. Marks' office.
