We lived in 1 Montgomery apartments for 4 years (2020-2024). This landlord raise your rent significantly every year. Recently they have been raising rents by $500/mth. The apartment is very old, poorly maintained and overpriced. Expect to wait a long time for repairs. The apartments have a problem with roaches and mice.
