i can't say enough good things about the carpet cleaning service! i've had them clean both my regular carpeted rooms and an area rug, and both turned out fantastic. i also asked them to clean my mom's old tile floors, and the results were truly impressive—the grout looked brand new, and everything felt fresh and spotless. my mom couldn't believe how clean her floors were! i highly recommend james and his team for any carpet or furniture cleaning you need. if i could give more than five stars, i would!
I called early this morning because I was really worried about pet urine on my carpet. I had tried cleaning it myself with my own steam cleaner, but the smell just got worse. James answered the phone right away and was able to come over quickly. With being pregnant and having two young kids, the ammonia smell was just too much. mark's carpet cleaning is the best carpet and upholstery cleaning company i have used so far. they cleaned my velvet couch and oriental rug, and now my rug smells fresh and looks great. most companies don't always respect your home, but these guys are careful, wear shoe covers, lay out blankets, and even seal the door to keep the cold out while they work. i'm in the construction business, and i've never seen a crew this prepared for their job. i highly recommend them, very trustworthy and always on time. i'm more than happy ... read more
I really wanted to use a local company rather than national brand. My job was not huge but the results were a disappointment. He was here a very short time and just didn’t seem like a professional carpet cleaner. There were water puddles left around all edges of the carpets and trails throughout the house on the hardwoods all of which I cleaned up.
