We have a big german shepherd who sometimes makes a mess on our new carpets. Even though we try to keep him out of trouble, he sneaks around and ends up having accidents, especially at night. We had just put in fresh carpeting in two areas, and he managed to leave stains in three rooms. We tried everything to get the stains out—our own carpet shampoo machine, different enzyme sprays, two kinds of carpet cleaners, rubbing alcohol, and even white wizard. i have a tough type of carpet and it's always been hard to find someone who knows how to clean it right. when i called mark's carpet cleaning, james got back to me super fast and really knew his stuff. my carpet had old stains and didn't smell fresh after searching so long for help. james did a really great and careful job, and now my carpet looks amazing and smells so clean. i would definitely call again, and i've already told my friends and co-workers about this awesome service.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience after getting my carpets and furniture cleaned. brody was really professional and made sure to walk me through each step before starting. since i have pets, he gave me time to get them ready before he began cleaning. when he finished, my sofa and recliner looked amazing and everything else was just as i left it. brody is the main reason i’ll call again next time i need my carpets cleaned. please let him know how much i appreciate his hard work and kindness.
I have used several carpet cleaning services, and this one has been the best experience by far! They cleaned all the carpets in my home, as well as my upholstered furniture, and everything looks spotless and fresh.
