It is so CONVENIENT to use Mark’s Automotive. I booked on-line, they called me to confirm, and sent e-mail reminders. The team was ready at my scheduled time and took care of all of my vehicles needs. Mark’s Automotive service waiting area was CLEAN and comfortable. It is WONDERFUL to be able to find a team of dedicated service professionals!
Stopped by to make an appointment on Monday to have my SUV fixed. I was told to leave it with them that day and they would check it out and get back with me. An hour later, I was called and told the vehicle would be ready later on the same day. A few hours later, I was called and the vehicle was ready. Talk about great service. I've been pleased with the service I've received from Marks Automotive from the day I first started going there.

What an amazing business. I needed an emergency repair as I was traveling from north of Richmond VA with my granddaughters to Clarksville. My alternator went out 10 hours into the trip but I was at least able to get to a hotel beforehand. I had no idea who to call but looked at local auto repair and saw the high reviews for Mark's.
