A good start is to call your customers back . I bought a refrigerator on July 8 and finally had a working one by Nov 20. I have damage to my home and to my TV cabinet due to a careless delivery employee. I still have not received a return phone call. I have been a return customer since 2002 but no more.
Currently purchasing my 3rd set of Maytag washer and dryer! We’ve been doing business with them for 28 years.
Wow! These folks are absolutely terrific.Their kindness and dedication to customers doesn't end with a sale, but continues years after. I would strongly recommend that you do not buy an appliance without visiting them and talking to their sales crew. Their dedication to helping us satisfactorily resolve an issue has made us customers for life.
Started and ended my day today at Mark’s Appliances. He was kind enough this morning to spend the extra time walking my husband and I through the process of trying to repair our refrigerator on our own. However, when we weren’t able to accomplish it the way we’d hoped, this afternoon he spent more with us finding the perfect replacement fridge. Exceptional service. Went above and beyond for us today and we could not be more pleased with our experience and can wait to receive our new fridge.
If anyone is looking for new appliances in the Edwardsville area they should definitely check out Mark’s Appliances. Mark and Abe were great to work with, got us a great deal and had us in and out. They were able to beat the big box stores and even had the refrigerator we wanted in stock. We give them 5 stars!
These guys rock!!! Bought a dryer from a box store and shuts off and back on. Shannon was a great guy. Polite and very knowledgeable. He came within the hour they said when they call you. He came twice and determined it needed to be replaced. Thank you Mark's Appliance!! I will be buying from you next time instead of the big box guys. And I will tell everyone if your appliance breaks down to call you guys!!
I live in an apartment complex that is serviced by Mark's. My dishwasher was not draining properly, and so they had Mark's come out and fix it. Al was my repairment and his customer service skills are exemplary. He arrived early, which is unheard of. When I hear a time frame, I always expect service to be about an hour after the late end of it. He came in and took his shoes off before he walked onto the carpeted area in my home.
