I will never buy appliances from Mark’s again. I purchased brand new appliances in October 2019. Within 6 months my stove went out. The back panel was busted so they ordered a replacement part for that as well. Now the dishwasher went out. The technician came out and said he has to order parts. Keep in my my busted back panel of my stove has yet to be replaced. We called today and the dishwasher parts are back ordered. You would think that with so many problems with Maytag appliances that they would deliver us a new dishwash... read more
RecommendedDusty and Stephen installed a new dishwasher fo us today. They were knowledgeable, careful, courteous, and did a great job!
Al came out today to repair our dryer. He was so nice and informative, very respectful and accommodating. We forgot to ask about an issue with the washer. We called Al and he added us as his last stop of the day. He came back, talked with us and fixed the problem! What great customer service. We will continue to purchase from Mark's Appliance in the future!! Thank you for hiring great people to represent your company.
Microwave we had for less than a year stopped working. It was on warranty. 1 month later and we still don’t have a microwave. Lots of passing the buck, little action or cooperation.
Great work! I had to get a new garbage disposal in a new dishwasher. The two employees that came to put these in we’re very clean-cut and very organized. They did a great job and I was very pleased with my service. Dusty and Jared were awesome.
Actually talked to Mark a few days ago. Washer quit working. Today service man named Al came to house. Washer can’t be fixed but Mark and I had a back up plan. New washer being delivered on Friday. Al set it up so we wouldn’t have to leave the house🙂 I am very happy with their extremely high level of customer service. I have been a customer for many years! Thank you to everyone there!
Absolutely would recommend Mark's Appliance. So easy to work with, so timely in setting up appointment to check our fridge, then help us with the purchasing process. Jared and Dusty came in today to install our new one in our house, they were wonderful and efficient taking our old fridge out and bringing our new fridge in. So kind, and helpful in showing me all the features. Wonderful company to support! Thank you Mark's Appliance!
I had the BEST experience this month with Dusty from Mark's Appliances who helped deliver a new refrigerator after my former refrigerator that was nearly 40 years old had finally stopped working. Dusty was the most friendly, courteous, and professional young man and he took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I would recommend Mark's Appliances because of Dusty's outstanding customer service!!
