RecommendedI had the BEST experience this month with Dusty from Mark's Appliances who helped deliver a new refrigerator after my former refrigerator that was nearly 40 years old had finally stopped working. Dusty was the most friendly, courteous, and professional young man and he took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I would recommend Mark's Appliances because of Dusty's outstanding customer service!!
My oven door broke and when they came out to service it the guy accused us of letting our kids jump on the door which caused it to break, instead of listening when we told him the door had a jerk in it since we moved in and I didn’t realize it was abnormal until it popped out of the socket. Worst customer service ever. They are eager to sell you an appliance but the customer service after that is the worst. If you have a problem or need a repair on your appliance be prepared to get the run around. Don’t get your appliances here!
Bought my oven from Mark's Appliance in Jerseyville, Mary was very helpful and the installers(D.J. and Tony) were top notch!!!

Huge shoutout to Mitch at the new Outlet store location in Granite City! My refrigerator bit the dust on Wednesday morning. I called the store at 2pm on Wednesday. He told me he had a few refrigerators with minor dents in my budget range arriving on Thursday, so I called him yesterday on my lunch to find out what he got in. He told me about a few and I went in after work yesterday afternoon. I highly recommend them!!! Just bought 4 appliances & had them installed. No pressure, just good advice & good prices!! Install was excellent. They were very careful & made sure I was satisfied with everything!
This is almost a week late, but we went to Marks to looks at a new fridge. We dealt with a young man named Mitch who was super helpful. It take long to find the fridge we wanted and they got it delivered to us the same day. They were efficient in removing our old fridges and bringing in the new one, as well as setup.
