We agreed to put the car on hold for a day, since I was going to come in the next day and purchase, and they promised that it would not be sold. I had them send all the paperwork to my bank, i paid for the cashiers check and requested off from work. A few hours later they call me to say they sold the car. I don't understand why you would say the car is on hold but then go sell it, seems like a sleazy dealership to me.
Timely response
They could have had me, didn't follow up after our 2nd conversation. ASked a simple question. Was ready to drive over.
Even though we didn't end up buying we still had a great experience. Don was our salesman and he's the sales man you wish to get every time. He gave us our space to look over, test drive and discuss the vehicle, unlike most who just have one thing on there mind and that's to sell you the vehicle in a hurry and get to the next. There were a couple things wrong during the test drive so Don grabbed the mechanic, mike I believe, and mike fix the problems in a hurry. Excellent dealer. The car sold its self. Didn't have the dealer hounding over you.
Great experience. Nice people to deal with. Bought the car. Cindy in finance was very good and showed us a better way to finance the car and still be a good deal. Car was ready for us when we arrived and didn't need to spend unnecessary time. Very nice facility also. No pressure to buy when dealing and Don listened to what I wanted.
