I knew which car on their lot that I wanted thanks to Cargurus; went in with a few questions; knew a good price so there was minimal haggling. Settled on a price within an hour and they had the remote start installed within 2 days for me to pick up. I only dealt with 1 sales person (Amie) so no unnecessary time spent there and no problems whatsoever. Pleasant experience.
Brian Brunner was great to work with. Ended up buying a a Toyota Tundra with the TDR Off-road and interior upgrade packages. Very happy with Markquart Toyota. This is second vehicle I’ve purchased from them in the last couple of years.
Amie was really helpful, and accommodated me wanting to buy a truck before it was inspected. They got it in front of the line, and I was able to pick it up in a few days. Very straightforward process, and I am still happy with it.
This place may be a good dealership but the salesman that contacted me was very vague and kind of hard to deal with. That Yukon XL is the exact vehicle my wife and I are looking for and he wasn’t willing to give me a legit price. He said well drive up and take a look. We aren’t driving 3 hrs to look at any vehicle if the sales person isn’t willing to negotiate the price
