I just found a fingernail in my mouth from your SALAD!!!!! I have OCD and am incredibly clean and can’t believe this! I am sick to my stomach. I uploaded a picture of the bag the fingernail was in. I see your photos no one is wearing gloves or real masks! This is really gross 🤮 I would appreciate some type of acknowledgment for this from your company.
