Called Mark, asked him if he can give me a quote for 3 outlet changes. He told me he's very busy and wouldn't get to me until 3-4 months down the road and that he's a small company and it's best to look else where. He was polite but if he's this busy he should hire a couple of guys to work for him. Not my exact thoughts on first impression.

I had a wonderful experience with Marko Electrical Services! I called to check how far out they were scheduled as the power was out in our master bedroom. Mark called back within minutes and was able to fit me in the next morning (whereas several other companies were booked out at least 10 days). He showed up on time, worked quickly and explained everything he was doing. We thought we needed a service call. When I spoke with Mark he said he was booked into the next month. He did however talk me through something to try and it fixed our problem! So thankful he was willing to help over the phone!
