I have to start by saying Dr. Markman is a wonderful doctor himself. Their billing department especially their so-called supervisor Liz or Elizabeth is the most unprofessional rude person at this office. She didn’t process my insurance claim properly with my proper ID number she was given and she refused to re-bill it at a later date saying it was too late to bill the insurance and it was my responsibility, even though they failed to build the proper ID number I would avoid this office because ultimately you will wind up get... read more
They rescheduled my appointment to a day i wasn't able to make i called to reschedule but i didn't get my reminder until the weekend so they were closed when i tried to call immediately to reschedule. I called as soon as I could and told them I wouldn't be able to make it for a few months they said no problem, today I received a no show bill for 20 dollars like 4 months later. This office sucks, their payment system sucks.
I'm 86 years old, and I have to admit, I was afraid to have cataracts eye surgery on both eyes. Well, I want to tell you, the office staff was very nice and caring. They really made me feel special. On the day of the first surgery (on my left eye), the Torrance Surgery Center's staff was also friendly and caring. During surgery, you are out and before you know it, you're done!
